Murdoch and Pitman Chambers

RPGL is helping to revitalise two historic buildings in Birmingham, the Murdoch and Pitman Chambers, which stand just a short walk away from the planned HS2 Curzon Street Station and the proposed Martineau Galleries Scheme.

Status: Start of site Q1 2024

The site purchase was completed in February 2023.

Planning and Listed Building consent has been obtained for the redevelopment and refurbishment of the grade II*-listed buildings into a 156-bedroom, boutique four-star hotel, complete with gym, meeting rooms and co-working facilities.

Works are planned to start on site in early 2024, with completion planned for end of 2025.
