Located at the entrance to Chinatown and Southside district, Regal is currently planning to revitalise the James and Lister Lea designed Grade II listed public house, in addition to building a new 160 bed purpose built student accommodation scheme to the rear.

Situated close to the Birmingham Royal Ballet and Birmingham Hippodrome, the development will benefit from a first-class city centre location close to Paradise, Arena Central, Mailbox and the Bullring.

The project will also benefit from fantastic transport connections, with New Street Station and the new Victoria Square Metro stop just five minutes away.

An application is due to be submitted in early 2024, with works planned to start mid 2024.
